Our Cisco and Microsoft (MCSE) approved engineers will fully IT configure and integrate your camera system into your existing network, or even create a full network solution.
Our IP telephony enabled systems allow Control CCTV to offer full IT support via our Dual Desk service. Dual Desking allows our engineers (with the necessary client activated authorisation) to take temporary control of your desk top from our offices. The access is immediate and can be terminated by the client at any time. Dual Desking enables us to offer our clients fast, efficient and time-critical IT support.
All Control CCTV systems come with 6 months full IT support. This support also includes key personnel training for internal operators.
